All Levels Flow
This class entails structural alignment, creative flow, breath, and awareness. Each class is sequenced towards a peak pose, and skillfully countered towards rest. Traditional sun salutations begin the practice by heating the body, while classical yoga poses and functional movements blend balance, and overall strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for the athletic beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. Props are highly recommended but not required.
