Amanda Mount

Amanda has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 15 years. Before she moved to Oahu, she owned her yoga studio in Marin County, California. She also graduated from a three-year Energy healing school here on Oahu and also is a licensed massage therapist. She has a holistic approach to teaching incorporating all aspects physically emotionally spiritually and mentally. She is very dedicated to a regular meditation and Breathwork practice which helps her students ground into the present moment and their authentic self. She has a genuine care for helping others find their way to the peace within.
