October Sound Healing will pivot around the theme of: GRATITUDE

The harmonic SOUNDS of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes will help you relax back towards the down regulated STATES where we can collectively channel the elevated emotion of GRATITUDE.

This class will use light asana (yoga poses), massage balls and gentle breath to help access the ground of stillness so the body can rest and revitalize for this Fall Season.
