Natalie Waters

Natalie Waters is passionate about nourishing the body, mind and spirit. She completed her 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training at Open Space Yoga in 2014 and has attended several meditation retreats in the vipassana meditation tradition. She has found yoga and mediation to be a constant source of growth, healing and joy in her life. Natalie hopes to bring more people to mindfulness, health, and self-love through yoga. Her classes vary from a flowing hatha-vinyasa style to a calming yin style asana.

Drawing upon her background in hatha, power, and ashtanga yoga as well as dance and gymnastics she puts a strong emphasis on proper alignment, while also bringing you into a dance with your breath and body. Natalie is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and studying to become an Ayurvedic Counselor. She applies the healing principles of Ayurveda in working with her students.
