This 4 week yoga, meditation and mindfulness course will provide you with powerful practices and strategies that will help manage stress and build resiliency. Research shows that mindfulness cultivates skills that promote calmness and well being while strengthening attention, focus and clear seeing.
Each 90 min session includes ample time for a light yoga movement, didactic share, meditation and questions.
This is a welcoming and supportive environment. No experience necessary.
If you are wanting to start a home meditation practice or if you need inspiration for you current practice this course is for you.
