This special New Year Meditation Meet Up we integrate harmonic sounds with silence.

This session will begin with a short dharma talk and then weave light yoga into the harmonics of crystal bowls, gongs, and wind chimes.  After a savasana of sound, you will be invited into the silent spaces either seated or in a comfortable resting position.

Due to the harmonic instruments, this session will be live only.  Stay tuned for upcoming zoom sessions.
