March Theme: Decision Fatigue

No matter how rational and high-minded you try to be, you can’t make decision after decision without paying a biological price.

Do you experience mental burn out at the end of the day? Have you ever made an impulsive decision that resulted in a poor outcome? This could be the result of decision fatigue.

Decision fatigue happens to everyone. Whether you are a CEO, athlete, parent or retired, nobody is exempt. The fact is our brains use an incredible amount of energy and simply get tired. They work non stop. Sleep and concentrated rest such as meditation can make a huge difference when it comes to decision making.

Offerings will include:
- Sound bath: Healing sounds of crystal bowls,Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes.
- Restorative and lunar yoga asana (all done on the back).
- A long, relaxing savasana (done in any restorative posture of your choice).
- Seated or reclined silent meditation practice.
- Talk on Decision Fatigue

Why we meditate in a group…

There is power when we join together as a group. As we remember what is most important to us, hold it in our hearts and breath life into it as a collective, we hold each other accountable for doing the work. Holding this space together for one another is what strengthens and supports our community.
