Four Part Series: Exploring Authenticity with Ivie Bryant and Catherine Bruns
Please join us for an an evening of connection with yourself and others to empower the soul.
This spring we continue to dive deeper into the understanding of Authenticity.
Each month we will have a new topic to approach within the context of Authenticity. We will explore various obstacles, challenges, and emotions we all face and introduce researched strategies to overcome personal blocks, enabling us to lead fully from the heart.
Sessions are guided by you, and we invite wisdom to be shared as we connect, reflect, and grow together.
Part 1: Embracing Self-Compassion
Self- compassion recognizes the common humanity that connects each of us. We all share joys, sorrows, and triumphs. Through a practice of self compassion, you can improve your health, increase happiness, and foster stronger relationships.
In February’s session:
Learn the three parts of self-compassion
Take time to reflect, journal, and connect with like-minded women
Move to release stress and tension in the body
Understand why and how to practice self- compassion
Differentiate self- compassion and selfishness
Discover how self- compassion is imperative to your health, happiness, and relationships
* Please wear comfortable clothing for light movement.
